Meet the Founder and Executive Director of Light of Hope Orphans Care Organization

Mr. Mugulusi Geoffrey 

Geoffrey is a loving father to his own children and also acts as a father to many orphans and vulnerable children who are under the ministry of Light of Hope Orphans Care Organization. Geoffrey is a Born Again Christian, a very kind, humble, trustworthy, God-loving, and hardworking gentleman with a heart of compassion to help orphans, vulnerable children, poor and needy people in the community. Compassion often comes from the ability to empathize with others; common experiences and challenges in life can help one feel the pain of others. Geoffrey has known poverty, He grew from a very poor family and from childhood, he saw first hand the burden of a father struggling to offer his children the opportunity for education and to provide food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and other basic needs. Geoffrey’s Godly call and heart of compassion lead him to do all he can to help alleviate the suffering of orphans, vulnerable children, and their families caused by poverty, HIV/AIDS epidemic, and other diseases.
